The application is not communicating with the device!
Possible causes:
- PC was in lock screen or was in sleep mode
- No device was selected
- Device reset is needed
- Insufficient power to the device
- Device USB is not configured/connected
- Wi-Fi connection is lost
- Device's firmware is out-of-date
- Device's driver is out-of-date
- Incorrect firewall setting
- Another software (i.e. VPN, anti-virus software) is interfering with communication
- Bad hardware/cable
Please reconnect to the device.
If the problem persists, please seek assistance from the J2534 device manufacturer.
